Deadline Approaches For Brown University Protesters

Brown University has sent a letter to students taking part in the pro-Palestine encampment to leave by 5:00 this evening, or face punishment.

The letter says demonstrators have broken the university's code of student conduct for violations that include disruption of community and university activities, failure to comply and unauthorized entry or use of space.

The university says students who don't leave by the deadline will be subject to a review process and the possibility of additional consequences.

There has been no indication as to whether the students will heed the warnings.
