A Westerly man has been arrested in Groton, Connecticut on second-degree murder charges.
U.S. Marshals took Shawn Conlon into custody Wednesday morning at a hotel on the Gold Star Highway.
The 44-year-old is a suspect in the murder of Claudia Voight.
The 73-year-old woman was found strangled to death in her Windham, Vermont home on February 20th.
Conlon is being brought back to Vermont to face the charges.
