The Warwick Mayor will be breaking ground this morning at the Sawtooth Building.
Mayor Frank Picozzi has already signed a 15 year lease with Triple A to lease a portion of the complex which will eventually house municipal offices.
The Mayor has always been working on a plan to consolidate city offices into one location near City Hall.
Construction is already underway.
The Mayor expected to announce the timeline for the project today.
