Elizabeth Warren Speaks At Brown University

(Providence, RI) -- Fresh off her election victory, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren spoke at Brown University on Wednesday. Warren didn't talk at all about her rumored presidential run in 2020 and focused mainly on economics, noting that the minimum wage that her mother earned to support her family growing up is no longer a guarantee to keep families out of poverty. She did answer a student question about why she recently released a DNA test proving her Native American heritage. Warren said she's been as transparent as possible in responding to attacks from President Trump and others on the topic.
