Woman Convicted In Halloween Fatal Shooting Case

(Providence, RI)  --  A Pawtucket woman is being found guilty of a shooting death on Halloween in 2016.  Sentencing is set for next month after the Rhode Island Attorney General's office says Trearra Hudgen was convicted on Friday of first-degree murder, robbery and other charges by a Superior Court jury in Providence.  Prosecutors said Hudgen and a co-defendant entered a Pawtucket apartment to confront Matthew Reverdes over a personal dispute, which was followed by a physical confrontation and Hudgens firing a gun, striking Reverdes in the back.  Reverdes reportedly ran to a nearby Dunkin' Donuts, where he collapsed.
