(Newport, RI) -- Rogers High School in Newport is reopening on Thursday, along with the Newport Area Career and Technical Center, after the two facilities were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Classes were canceled because of a water main break. Administrators are recommending students not drink water from inside until a permanent water line is connected, but it can be used for handwashing.
