(Providence, RI) -- A Johnston truck driver is charged after the tractor-trailer he was driving rolled over on an Interstate 95 ramp in Providence. The accident happened around 1:40 p.m. Tuesday on the northbound ramp to Route 6, spilling scrap metal across the ramp. State police say 43-year-old Artemio Cortez was going too fast and lost control of his rig. The ramp was closed for more than seven hours while cleanup took place.
