DUI Suspect's Breathalyzer Test Was .347

(Providence, RI)  --  Providence Police say the driver of a van that hit a tree is facing a DUI charge after blowing a point-three-four-seven on a breathalyzer test.  The accident happened Tuesday night on Pekin Street when Chanly Long crashed his father's van and an officer found an open beer can in the vehicle.  The police report shows when Long failed the field sobriety test he told the officer "just take me to jail."
